Looking for a highly motivated, outgoing, reliable and responsible person.Responsibilities:Position will be responsible for the following responsibilities but not limited to:- Scheduling service with customers- Following up after service- Completing job packets for crews (work order, maps, keys)- Answering company phone linesQualifications:- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications specifically Word, Excel and Outlook is required- Must have excellent customer service skills and be detailed oriented- Must be able to think outside the box- Ability to work as a team and independently with minimal guidance- Bilingual in Spanish- Able to multitask- Seeking long term employmentThis position is a full time position, Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm.
